Me Marcel Racicot
Marcel Racicot is the senior partner of the law firm Racicot & Associés Inc. He is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a master's degree in taxation. He has over 30 years of practice in all aspects of commercial law, business immigration, corporate taxes and tax planning, with particular emphasis on cross-border tax and estate planning.
Mtre. Racicot is also heavily involved in the business community both in Quebec and in Florida. As such, he is the founder and president of the Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce since its incorporation in 2009, with over a hundred members in Canada and in the United States.
During his career, Marcel Racicot has published numerous articles on tax and estate planning. He also enjoys giving various conferences and seminars.
